I’ve heard that there’s a moratorium on new festivals and other large events within the city limits. Do you agree with that?

Downtown Grocery Store

Is there anything that we can do to lure a grocery store downtown?

I’ve read that Google has said that they are building a facility in S.E. Michigan and that they want to be in a downtown area. The consensus seems to be that they’re talking about Ann Arbor. However, according to what I’ve read, they claim to still be deciding between three places. My question is, is it possible that one of those three places is Ypsilanti? And, if so, what are we doing to bring them here?
